This Policy sets forth the guidelines of how the Board and the Chief Executive Director (CEO) and Senior Management will communicate as they are all committed to building a strong, effective and professional relationship between and among them. 
 
This Policy sets forth guidelines that: 1) Support the development of a constructive partnership between the Board and the CEO; 2) Outline appropriate communications between the Board and the CEO; and 3) Prescribe appropriate boundaries for communications between the Board and Senior Management.
