Matthew Taylor

Matthew Taylor supports Quantum Governance's leadership development and governance work, helping consultants and credit union clients turn complex ideas into clear, usable deliverables. He brings fifteen years of experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programs, synthesizing research, and explaining dense material to diverse audiences.

Before joining Quantum, Matthew spent five years as a Senior Product Manager at a venture-backed technology startup, where he managed products and partner programs and wrote and secured $500K in competitive grant funding. Earlier, he spent a decade in higher education as a faculty member at Beloit College and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and for seven of those years he built and ran Beloit's Fulbright and Boren fellowship advising program.

Matthew holds a Ph.D. in Classics from the University of Southern California and an M.A. and B.A. from the University of Cambridge. He lives in Madison, WI.
