The role of the Board Treasurer is to ensure that the Organization’s financial systems and fiscal health, as well as its assets, are safe and secure. The Treasurer is also responsible for ensuring that the full Board is regularly briefed on the state of the Organization’s financial health and that the Board members fully understand the Organization’s financial position.
