Board, Committee and Special Meetings Policy Template for Credit Unions

Board members have the collective responsibility of governing and leading the Credit Union, in constructive partnership with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Board meetings, special meetings and committee meetings are a central component to their collective decision-making process, as they provide the opportunity to have open and candid discussions relevant to the Credit Union’s governance, strategic and fiduciary oversight and, ultimately, take formal votes within Board meetings to lead the Credit Union into the future.
