Advisory Council Charter for Nonprofits

The Council’s purpose is to provide advice and guidance to the Organization’s leadership to ultimately further the vision and mission of the Organization. As such, the Council’s primary role is to supply the Board with key information and to make recommendations to the Board on certain matters. The Council shall offer its advice, guidance and suggestions to the Organization’s Board and Senior Management, working in constructive partnership, specifically on issues related to the Council's areas of focus.
