Unfair, Deceptive or Abusive Acts or Practices Policy for Credit Unions

The Credit Union is committed to refraining from acts or practices that could be considered unfair, deceptive or abusive, as required under the Dodd-Frank Act and in keeping with the Credit Union’s Code of Ethics, Values and Service Standards. This Policy ensures that the Credit Union, the Board, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Senior Management and the Staff refrain from acts or practices that could be considered unfair, deceptive or abusive.
