This Policy sets forth the Organization’s policy related to its Constituents’ privacy, taking into consideration state and federal privacy law. Beyond the legal requirements for the privacy of Constituent information, the Organization is committed to privacy of Constituent information as a fundamental value of its business practices and culture. The Organization’s Board, Volunteers, Chief Executive Officer or Executive Director, Senior Management and Staff operate as required by law, meeting their ethical obligations, holding Constituents’ privacy and the privacy of their information as the rule, not the exception. The Organization will comply with all applicable federal and state laws with respect to privacy of Constituent information.
