Delegation of Authority Policy for Nonprofits

This Policy sets forth the delegation of authority and the high-level duties to be performed by the Organization's leadership and identifies the responsible parties, included among them are the Board of Directors (Board), Board committee members and Audit Committee members (together, Volunteers) and the Chief Executive Officer or Executive Director and Senior Management.
