Constructive Partnership Policy for Nonprofits

The Board is the ultimate legal authority within the Organization’s governance structure. With its authority, it delegates to the Chief Executive Officer or Executive Director the day-to-day management of the Organization’s affairs. Together, the Board and the CEO or Executive Director develop a constructive partnership where their respective – or shared – roles and responsibilities are clearly identified, defined, communicated and regularly updated.
