Board members and officers must be committed to the highest standards of integrity and ethics while conducting the Credit Union’s business. No Board member, officer or [[Supervisory/Audit]] Committee member shall derive any personal profit or gain, directly or indirectly, by reason of their service or position with the Credit Union. Board members and officers shall conduct their personal and professional affairs in such a manner as to avoid any possible Conflicts of Interest; nevertheless, actual, potential or perceived Conflicts of Interest may arise from time to time.

This Policy describes how to address actual, potential or perceived Conflicts of Interest when they arise.
