Communications Guidelines for Board & Management for Nonprofits

This Policy sets forth the guidelines of how the Board and the Chief Executive Director or Executive Director and Senior Management will communicate, as they are all committed to building a strong, effective and professional relationship between and among each other. 
 
This Policy sets forth guidelines that: 1) Support the development of a constructive partnership between the Board and the CEO or Executive Director; 2) Outline appropriate communications between the Board and the CEO or Executive Director; and 3) Prescribe appropriate boundaries for communications between the Board and Senior Management.
