The Board of Directors (Board) is charged with ensuring that an articulate process aligned with the Organization’s values is followed with respect to providing continuous leadership, day-to-day management and support for the Organization through the position of the CEO or Executive Director. In turn, the CEO or Executive Director is responsible for providing the same through Senior Management positions at the Organization.
