This Policy provides a framework to guide the oversight of the recruitment, vetting, nomination and election of its Board members to ensure that the Organization’s Board is ultimately composed of individuals who will collectively direct it with prudence, integrity, professionalism and a strong commitment to its mission. The Policy supports the development of the collective skills, experience, attributes and diversity necessary for the Board to effectively govern and lead the Organization, in constructive partnership with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Executive Director and Senior Management.
