Gisèle Manole is the Director of Communications and a consultant for Quantum Governance. Ms. Manole has honed her knowledge of credit union and nonprofit governance and strategic planning as a second chair on countless client engagements, has conducted more than 250 interviews of board members and executives and has co-authored blog posts and articles for industry trade publications.
Prior to joining Quantum, Ms. Manole spent 17 years developing her communications skills in New York working for the titans of media in the world of magazine publishing and digital communications. As a senior manager of integrated marketing for Time Inc.’s InStyle Magazine, her work included the development of multi-media advertising and public relations campaigns for major international retail and fashion brands.
Ms. Manole’s early career included positions with Condé Nast Publications, Hearst Corporation and Reader’s Digest Association, Inc. developing co-branded marketing programs that partnered advertisers with beloved titles such as SELF, Cosmopolitan, Gourmet and Every Day with Rachael Ray to launch new products, generate revenue and cultivate a loyal following of brand enthusiasts.
She graduated from Villanova University in 1999 with a B.A. in English Literature and Political Science.
