Paul Dionne

Chief Strategy Officer & Lead Consultant

Paul is a mission-oriented leader with a history of successfully nurturing innovation, growth, and impact within a variety of organizations. With academic, global, and hands-on training in governance, business, and cultural anthropology, Paul brings a wealth of strategic thinking, research, and activation skills to the Quantum team.

 

Prior to joining Quantum, Paul served as Research Director at Filene Research Institute where he guided research design, execution, analysis, and the translation of findings into actionable insights. Paul led the creation and delivery of research reports, keynote speeches, webinars, and closed-door engagements supporting credit union strategy, innovation, member experience, culture, operations, digital transformation, financial inclusion, and the future of financial services.

 

Paul was previously staff at Beloit College as the Associate Director of Student Success, Equity, and Inclusion. In this and other roles at Beloit College, he supported the development and implementation of institution-wide strategic initiatives, sponsored research, and culture-driven programs to increase student success and graduation rates.

 

Paul received an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He pursued graduate studies in cultural anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his B.A. from Middlebury College. Paul lives in Wisconsin with his family.
